Case

Marq & Robin of Y&R Not just film created this years 3fm Awards theme. With the Wanted in the name of music tagline, it makes every Dutch artist into a suspect of being to great a musician. So great in fact, it borders on criminal behaviour.

Concept + Art Direction

I created the boards and directed the shoot in the most stenching parts of Rotterdam. I worked together with Willem Zwaan, who Animated this one. I like the final thing, especially the Grindhouse look. Although I think at the end, it could have used 5 more seconds to do it justice. It feels a bit rushed.

This year was the best looking show so far. The last couple of years, there was never one great theme. Wanted in the name of music was nicely communicated through all media. The Awardsshow itself was dressed as a giant American Prison, with heavy gates and guard towers. Y&R & Corrino did a nice job on that . The commercial suceeded in buiding the hype towards the show.
